Fat Blokes Playing Rounders
Super athlete Fatboy Fat enjoys another chesse burger
In the summer months in Wales you can forget football, rugby or even nun’s wrestling in peanut butter, nothing compares to Cardiff’s most popular, and often hilarious, sport. Yes it’s the time of the month again where in every park we can see the sight of fat blokes in skin tight shiny shirts playing Rounders.
People come from miles around just to take a peek at their rippling rolls of fat, or the swayingmovement of gigantic beer-bellies as they glide effortlessly around a small patch of grassbefore sprinting off to get a double coated chocolate 99 from the Mister Whippy van.
Baseball legend Arthur Pasty told us “It’s more popular now than ever. I think it maybe the influence of the United states. These guys are really athletes… Just look at Fat Boy Fat… Some people think that we are unfit, not true. My own personal routine is hard work. I walk downstairs have a fry-up, then I drive to McDonalds and have a double big mac and treble helping of fries, then if I’m feeling extra fit I walk across the road to Burgerking… not even Beckham can compared to that…”
Next Month is the grand final between, last years fattest team, Grangetown Catholic’s with breadand wine against St Alban’s on toast. The game is sponsored by Peter’s Pies and the after match ceremony will take place in Harry Ramsden favourite overpriced chippy on the bay
